Color Brighton Green Film and Discussion: 6:30 p.m. July 26. Rosario Dawson’s “The Need to GROW” is a story driven by characters of innovators behind decentralized solutions and cutting-edge technologies. Discussion to follow at 8:15 p.m. Registration required.

Talking is teaching packages: for parents and caregivers of children aged 4 and under. Sign up for monthly packages that include calendars of activity ideas and learning tips, song and nursery rhyme sheets, add-on activities, theme-based books, and music CDs.

The Mendon Public Library has announced the following program.
Story Time: Tuesdays at 10:00 am, Harry Allen Park, 23 N. Main St., Honeoye Falls. For preschoolers and their caregivers. Stop at the Village Gazebo for stories, songs, and crafts. Masks required.
The Friends of Mendon Public Library has handmade, book-themed face masks for adults ($ 8) and children ($ 7). Three masks of any size cost $ 20. Cash and checks are accepted.
Tails & Tales summer reading: until August 13. Reading incentives are available for children, adolescents and adults. Kids 11 and under can log their reading for a glowing book and fill out weekly bingo boards for prizes. Take-home story kits available weekly. Teens can enter a draw for one of four $ 25 Visa cards by submitting comments, as well as weekly bingo tables. Teenage book kits available weekly. Adults can win a $ 50 Honeoye Falls Market Place gift card by submitting book reviews and completing bingo tables. Adult book kits available weekly.
