The COVID-19 positivity rate is slowly declining in San Bernardino County, which I’m sure grateful for. San Bernardino County Public Health is hosting free vaccination clinics at the Hesperia Police Community Hall. The next clinic is scheduled for February 23 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; appointments are available at myturn.ca.govbut walk-ins are welcome.

The city of Hesperia is currently accepting applications for our Military Banner program, which recognizes serving members of the Hesperia military. The City of Hesperia is proud to recognize those who serve our country and hopes our military families will benefit from this program. Please see the City’s website for program details.

The City is going through the realignment process and is seeking public input. By visiting the City of Hesperia website, those interested in the process can view current district maps and access drawing tools to create their own map. Maps can also be submitted in person at City Hall. I encourage you to play an active role in the legislative process and to participate in the redistribution process.
